Are you an independent insurance professional or business development specialist with relationships among business owners? Project Blue is seeking independent partners to introduce employee benefits solutions to employers and develop new business relationships.

This opportunity is best suited to someone building an independent sales business or adding a complementary offering to an existing client base.

What you’ll do

• Connect with business owners and employer decision-makers.

• Identify interest in employee benefits solutions and arrange introductory conversations.

• Develop referral relationships with CPAs, payroll providers, and other business advisers.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of your outreach.

Who we’re looking for

• Experience in insurance, employee benefits, payroll, financial services, or business-to-business sales.

• Confidence starting conversations and developing professional relationships.

• Ability to manage your own outreach and follow-up independently.

• An existing business network is helpful. An active insurance license is a plus.

Compensation and participation

This is an independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation. There is no base salary, hourly pay, or employee benefits. Participation requires fees, including costs associated with joining the program and accessing leads. Full costs, commission terms, and program requirements will be provided for review before any commitment. Earnings are not guaranteed.
